Each session begins with an assessment of the current condition, which is supplemented by anamnesis taking for the first time. The purpose of the pre-treatment health assessment is to determine the patient's current condition and the factors that influence treatment options. For the first time, please make sure to fill out the examination form with you, this will greatly speed up the examination, all important parts will be considered.
Overall, the condition assessment includes the anamnesis, recording of the antecedents and current complaints of the disease, physical examination, functional examination, quality of life assessment, pain assessment, tests (e.g. muscle mass range of motion).

The goal of the therapy is to reduce pain/complaints, improve functional mobility, and in addition to a symptom-free state, maintain the healthiest possible state that can be sustained in the long term. Getting an assessment and accepting a treatment plan is key to success. For successful treatment, a precise condition assessment allows the therapist to customize the treatment plan based on the patient's unique needs and goals and ensures that the treatment is safe and effective.
The examination according to osteopathy examines not only the locomotor system, but also the joint functional functioning of the internal organs, nervous system, circulation, and locomotor system of the entire body, and on the basis of these, it is determined which parts of the body can be supported to improve local functions and to effectively heal. Of course, this is always a complex process, the condition of our connective tissue, muscles and movement are always part of it.

A treatment is only the beginning and the opportunity to start reaching the right state, for complete recovery after the treatment, the body must be provided with conditions such as physiotherapy/rehabilitation movement therapy, adequate fluid intake, etc.
Many diseases can cause pain and muscle pain, which is why complaints must be examined by a doctor. Although the reduction of pain does not mean healing, it brings freedom of movement and a changed state of the autonomic nervous system, thereby ensuring a better functional state of the internal organs, through which the body will be able to heal better. All treatments are based on a verbal agreement and are carried out for pain-free movement. When you are free from your pain, you are given immense freedom to make your life better, to live in a body that you can love with all your heart, and that can give you the things you want, like hugging your loved ones or going to a place you've always wanted to visit.
(Side) effects: any treatment has an effect on the functioning of the body, if we cause a change in it, a corresponding response is also generated. This takes place in the days following the treatment, significant skin redness may occur in connection with the connective tissue treatment, which is darker in direct proportion to the presence and severity of the existing complaint. The absorption time of skin redness can take up to 1 week. Due to the fact that the movement chain changes, the body begins to perform movements that it previously did little or not properly, posture improves, muscle fever may occur, this is part of the regulation of muscle balance.

After the treatment, the removal of deposited waste materials begins, adequate fluid replacement and movement are essential, as proteoglycans can only bind pure water. One such value does not always help to find the path to the source of the problem. It is very important to take into account that each tool examines from a different point of view, none of them can be replaced by the other. The usual examinations in everyday medicine, for example the MRI, do not examine functionally: it can check the condition of the disc in the given body position at the given time, it does not show how much decompression can be achieved by relaxing the muscles, just as it does not show the degree of "charging" during the night, in the morning we are always higher :).
