If for some reason you cannot be at the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Due to the fact that the reorganization takes time, cancellation / time change is possible free of charge 24 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or phone), taking into account the opening hours. A maximum of 2 appointments per month can be booked without prior consultation online. If more is needed, it is possible with a paid pass, by making an appointment by phone or in person.
